The Black Country Museum

Yesterday we visited The Black Country Museum. It is a museum near of Birmingham where visitors are transported back in time to the late 19th century.
The Black Country was one of the most intensely industrialised area in UK due the coal mines in Staffordshire. It gained its name due to the smoke from the iron-working foundries and forges.
